Allow the Dream Planners to save you time and stress by crafting a customized vacation plan for you and your travel party.  We do so much more than just booking your vacation.  Our services extend to putting together an entire day-by-day itinerary created just for you including ground transfers, tours, and dining.  So whether you are looking for peace and quiet with a massage on the beach, ziplining through a rainforest or weaving lessons, we’ll make sure your vacation is seamless and unforgettable.

Prices quoted will be per booking. Travel parties of 10 or more will be charged using the Group Planning Fees scale.  Group planning is available with additional consultation.

  • What does a Dream Planner, Travel Advisor do?"
    We work with you to create a customized trip within your budget. We offer insight to locations and resorts. We build a relationship with you rather than just book a trip. We work for you and with you, the key is that this is customized to you, not a one size fits all option. We start with our consultation, then we do the research for your best options, and narrow down the search with your help. Once everything is in place, you only have to worry about packing.
  • Do you require travel insurance?
    Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required by some vendors. We will provide you with travel insurance options. If you decline coverage, you will be required to sign a document that you were advised and chose not to have it.
  • Do you plan group trips?
    Of course! We love all groups, multi-generational, speciality (wine, books, etc), girls weekends, families, etc. Please check out our Travel With Us page for all the current group travel we have planned.
  • What documentation is required for my travel?
    All destinations have a specific requirements. Rest assured we will review with you all required documents prior to your departure. We will review all visa and any restrictions with you as well.
  • What destinations do you sell?
    We sell all destinations. We are connected to a global network of suppliers. All our suppliers are vetted annually to ensure they meet our highest level of service. Visit Specialties page to learn more.
